The action is to request scope, preparation time, decision rights, and feedback rather than letting one number decide.

A person can need quiet understanding, express through language, want emotional reciprocity, and look authoritative in public. These positions do not have to agree in tone. The tension may explain why visibility is useful but tiring, or why others ask for leadership while the person needs collaboration. Do not average the numbers or choose the most dramatic one.
