The action is a plain-language guide, reviewer training, a reserve budget, an appeal path, and a staged release. The conclusion is not “auspicious helpers save the program” or “difficult stars ruin it.”

Zuo Fu You Bi can support a Career project through mentors, but in Spouse it may describe shared labour that requires explicit agreement. Wenchang Wen Qu can improve a public guide, but in Wealth it can make weak numbers look convincing if records are not checked. Qing Yang Tuo Luo can force a useful quality threshold in Career, but in Friendship it can sharpen a conflict that needs mediation. Do not let an auxiliary star replace the main palace question, and do not diagnose health, character, wealth, safety, or relationships from a modifier alone.
