The Life Palace is a central entrance into the Ziwei chart. It can organize how a person initiates, chooses, responds to the environment, and forms a main axis of self, but it must be read with the Body Palace, fourteen main stars, Three Parties and Four Uprightnesses, Four Transformations, timing, and observable behaviour.

The Body Palace is not an accessory of the Life Palace. Under the chosen Ziwei tradition, it can show where practical effort, identity investment, and acquired development become visible, but it must be read with Life, the palace domain, stars, network, transformations, time, and reality.

The Life Palace can frame initiation and the main Spindle of a chart, while the Body Palace can show where that structure is practiced through acquired development and practical investment. Reading them together clarifies how an inner pattern may be lived, trained, or changed.

The Spouse Palace is better read as a field of intimate interaction: feelings, expectations, projections, negotiation, and relationship pressure. It should be read with Life, Fortune, Property, the opposite palace, stars, transformations, timing, and actual consent and behaviour—not used alone to judge a marriage.

The Career Palace frames social roles and responsibilities, while the Caibo Palace frames how Resources are acquired, circulated, protected, and used. Read both with the Life Palace and Migration Palace to connect contribution, exposure, conditions, and resource flow without reducing a chart to a job title or income promise.

The Migration Palace frames the external field and the state after leaving familiar conditions, while the Friendship Palace, also called the Dating Palace in some translations, frames networks, cooperation partners, and group resources. A nobleman is a conditional relationship or resource, not a miracle rescue.

An empty palace is not an empty life area. It asks the reader to borrow context from the opposite palace, read the Three Parties and Four Uprightnesses network, check auxiliary stars and Four Transformations, and then separate natal structure from time-layer activation.
